It all depends on the area where your house is located. For most houses three times a year is ideal.  Early spring, mid-summer, mid-fall) If you have pets, kids or live around trees or in a windy area, cleaning your windows  more often would be a better idea.

Our estimates are based initially on on-site inspection and vary from home to home. We consider our personal safety, the steep pitch of the roof, and accessibility… taking into consideration landscaping and planting.

Free estimates are rarely accurate. Each situation is individual. We could give you a ballpark figure over the phone but a more accurate bid is achieved with an on-site visit.  We charge $89 to come out and give you an accurate on-site bid. If you engage us, the $89 will be applied to the subsequent cost.

We serve wasatch front, Utah county, Davis county, and Summit county.

Each situation is unique. We recommend cleaning and inspection once a year. Late spring and early winter would be ideal.

Unfortunately none of the rain gutter guards work 100%. IF you’re having water overflowing, not enough pitch, leaks, blocked downspouts, most likely the gutters have debris. Many times The good news is that the debris is in a specific place and not in all the rain gutters.  If your rain gutter guards have been on between 3-5 years, an inspection would be a good thing to start with.

It is not . Your main concern is about your windows getting dirty  after cleaning them. Windy storms, rain and dust will probably get your windows dirty.  If it’s only rain and snow, the water is clean so it does not get your windows dirty.  Also the great news is that you have 17 DAYS OF RAIN GUARANTEE in case your windows get dirty.

We do recommend  guards for some homes because it is better, cheaper and adds more value in the long run.  There are other homes that we do not recommend guards because they can make the situation worse, especially if there are pine trees or many trees around the houses. This also depends on other factors like how stiff the roof is and the condition of the rain gutters.

    • Yes, there are. If we do an inspection, we could give you some options that may work best for your situation.
